FAQ

What people ask us most before hitting the road. Full detail is in the rental terms.

See all terms
What do I need to rent?

A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement, and a card for the deposit hold when you pick it up. That’s it.

How much is the deposit, and when is it paid?

The deposit is calculated on the rental only, with no extras or transfers. We charge it ourselves, outside this page, once we confirm your booking over WhatsApp.

What’s included in the price?

A DOT-approved helmet and winter gloves, included with every bike at no charge. The rear bag, enduro gloves and transfers are added separately if you want them.

How does fuel work?

The bike leaves with a full tank and comes back the same way. If you return it without filling up, we only charge for the fuel that’s missing, per the pump reading.

Can I cancel?

More than a month ahead, we refund the deposit. Within the last month, no.

Do you deliver to the airport?

Yes, including Balmaceda Airport, with an extra fee for the transfer: you see it when you choose where you pick up and return it.
